Why is my civic Idling weird
My 1994 civic ex d16 is idling weird, it will rev up and down by it's self and when I drive it, it will drive by it's self like i don't even have to push the gas to keep going, and why do i have water coming out of a hose that hooks to the bottom of the throttle body, it's a hose that is connected by the thermostat housing.

You likely have a vacuum leak somewhere or else your idle is just not set properly. The leaking hose is a coolant line. Get new hose clamps for it and if it still leaks, replace the hose.

Sounds to me like ur FITV (Fast Idle Thermal Valve) is shot... Which is EXTREMELY notorious in those models... Easy fix, just take it off and bypass it... Theres tons of links on here with DIY writeup's but it's really not that hard...
