Default Where to find cabin harness block off plugs (EH/Ej/EG Chassis)

I came across a picture of a hatch the other day and realized he/she had rubber block off plugs for the cabin harness. I work for Honda and have been through all the part sections trying to find them with no luck. I have the AC plugs and all the others except the (2) harness ones. I understand Honda doesn't manufacture them, but does any other company make them?

Picture for reference (If you zoom to the top left corner you can see it):

Why would Honda not manufacture it's own block off plugs?
You're saying none of these are the plugs you're looking for?

I don't see why Honda *would* make a block off for the cabin harness? That harness isn't exactly an option.

Surely they didn't offer a model with factory tuck!

Then what do you do when everything is on the opposite side like in a RHD vehicle? I'm not saying they make a SPECIFC block off plug but surely one of the ones they do sell would work? Then again, there is a 1,500 Shave & Tuck thread where I'm SURE someone has asked this question already.

That's a very good (and interesting) question, and this part may exist on a RHD model, but there is no equivalent in this US dealer's catalog (the AC delete plug is closest by *shape*).

Regardless, the OP is really asking about an engine harness block off plug if the original description is accurate.

Would any of these work?

91610-SF4-003 is it if I understand the OP's question.

And that would be a HONDA part number no?

None of the "body plugs" for Honda are the diameter needed. The ones HondaPartsHero posted are correct. Part #'s 91610-SF4 and 90621-SE0-000 are correct. I wonder if they fit the EG chassis also (considering the picture is off an EK).

I'm guessing they are from a different chassis and just so happen to fit an EH chassis? I don't know what an "S4F" is out of. Generally SR3 castings are for an EH.

THESE ARE MADE BY HONDA!!! Plug this number into Google and you get this.
http://www.hondapartsnow.com/genuine...0-SF4-003.html

You also get a link to the Shaved & Tucked thread JUST LIKE I SAID.
https://www.google.com/search?q=9161...ient=firefox-a
The second search result from a Google search brings up that thread.

Easy on the caps lock little guy. No need to get your panties in a bunch and be a know it all about a piece of rubber/plastic.

It's appropriate since both f you are trying to tell me, with a straight face, that Honda doesn't even make these and/or they don't exist.

You people need to beef up your search-fu because it is weak.

I'm assuming OP looked in the parts search for the chassis he has, and looking at a picture of the firewall, it wouldn't show a plug in the hole for the harness.

The plug issue has been covered extensively, people have somehow found plugs that work, maybe off another location on the car or another model. It doesn't matter. Honda doesn't show it being for that spot, but it is a Honda part number.

HT could be a little less cluttered if people searched more on google first, people used more accurate titles, and if the search function on here worked better...

I'm not into mix-matching parts, nor am I good at finding part numbers. I'm a technician and asked the parts department to look for block off plugs. Regardless, the plugs are from another chassis and I don't have time to sit on a shaved/tucked bay thread for 8 hours to find a measly picture. This thread can be referred to for others who have the same question considering the title is somewhat reflective on what the thread is about.

8 hours to search the thread? Cut the BS. Like I said, your search skills are lacking. As an experiment I went to the thread and used the.....wait for it....Search This Thread tool. I used the keywords "delete plugs" and found it on the first go out of 27 results. Here it is. Post #32184.

Time elapsed? 15 seconds.

No. This thread should be used.

There's nothing YOU or anyone else can ask that hasn't been answered in that thread. All other threads are a waste of time.

BTW. The Advanced Search works absolutely fine. If you're using that crappy search box on the upper right then that would be your problem.
