Re: where can i get a rear SI endlink-to-LCA bolt (DeadEnd9009)
it's not just a regular bolt though, otherwise i would have gone to the hardware store already. the endlink doesn't have a straight through hole that can accept a bolt. it's got some kind of cup, similar to a plastic heim joint ?

looking at your reference, the nut and bolt would be between parts 31, 32, and 33
i can post pictures if that will help ?
the site only sells entire endlinks, over 50 dollars a piece! i dont need entire endlinks though
???? help ???

the endlink is one piece with the bolt unless you have aftermarket spherical endlinks
so if it is not there and its broken off you need a new one

I had to disconnect my sway bar temporarily and when i went to go put it back on, i realized i had lost the bolt. I went to my trusty box of honda bolts, found one that was similar in length, although the heads were different, and it worked like a charm. I dont think you need a special bolt for it.

Your saying this link won't help you ?

Print that photo and go to your dealer and show the parts guy.

your pic looks lik part 31 or 32 in the parts diagram, cept for yours is damaged since the stud is missing.
i would say you need new endlinks myself.

can anyone else agree with this being damaged... and if that's the problem, how would i fix it without buying new endlinks ??
1992 SI, the link you sent was for a non-SI civic, which doesn't have the endlinks/swaybar in the diagram. the link i posted has it though i can check with the dealer later if it really is broken to see if they have pieces to make a repair
thanks for helping, everyone

Unceasing Measure
Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it's unlikely that you can buy fragments of something as small as an endlink from any Honda dealership. Good luck though.

Re: (Archidictus)
I second Archidictus - some parts are simply too small for Honda to sell individually. Sometimes they get a little funny, where they believe that parts which typically wear/warp during use should be replaced when a related piece wears out (e.g. front upper control arm & upper ball joint). Pick the excuse that annoys you the least.
The link earlier was for a 98 Civic, which would explain why things aren't matching up. But there's nothing stopping you from browsing up to a 1992 Honda 3DR Si from that link. I browsed around a bit looking for the rear swaybar but I can never remember which subassembly Honda puts them on.
I'd say your best bets are to buy a new endlink (remember, the part you were shown earlier wasn't for a 92 Civic, the cost may be different, poke around and find the actual piece, with the actual price) or hit up some junkyards and get one off a junker. Though if you're not super-extra-careful you'll snap the bolt while attempting to remove it from the junker.
