Where can I get my flywheel resurfaced? Doing a clutch job
Like the topic says, where can i get my flywheel resurfaced? I took it to my local autoparts store and they said they only resurfaced brake rotors.

Pretty much any machine shop should be able to do it. I think mine was 30 or 35 bucks here locally.

Depending where your at in So Cal i could get it resurfaced for 25-30 bucks with an hour turn around time, or you could also try Action Clutches.
But like said any machine shop.

dang, it costs that much? I though it would be like about the same price as it is to turn rotors. A new one or, maybe one that already resurfaced is about 45-50 at autozone. I need it resurfaced cuz my old clutch wore down to the rivets, and the surface of the flywheel is not even smooth

So if i bought a used one, that has a smooth surface, it should be okay? What's glazed? Shiny like a mirror?

O'Reilley's will do it for something like $20-$25. I think that just about anyplace that will turn rotors will do a flywheel. I decided to just buy a new Fidanza, and I love it.
