Default need to resurface flywheel....

Is this nessecary when changing the clutch, or can you go without it?

i did not resurface mine, if yours looks to have grooving or wear marks you should either get a new one or resurface it. I'm not sure about the resurfacing costs, but a lightned flywheel isn't that expensive.

i was told that you have to especially if yo9ur getting an aftermarkett clutch, supposedley the clutch wont work right or it could even fail on you if you dont get it lighteend, it only cost me $50.

Get it resurfaced at NAPA.

$40 should get the job done. Do it right the first time
