Re: Wheel alignment (Jaydeep)
does that mean if your alignment is off they will fix it in the future or they just guaruntee that it will be aligned forever even if you lower it and then need a new alignment... see if they have anything against lowered cars (if yours is)... some places wont do an alignment on lowered cars

Re: Wheel alignment (snatch13)
ya.. they wouldn't touch my civic. Other places would, but wouldn't sell me the warranty. If the car is not lowered, then you're good to go. You can get an alignment daily and never pay another penny

Re: Wheel alignment (jolt-tsp)
They sold me the warranty, but my car is only lowered about an inch and a half. I have coilovers though, so i can go lower and they will have to align it now since they sold me the lifetime alignment...hehehehe.
On a side note though i just moved to Kalispell, MT and there are no firestones out here. ARRRRRGGGG!
So make sure you will be located near a firestone service center.
Also i noticed on the warranty it has to be for the same tires, so once you get a new set of tires, the warranty or lifetime alignment expires. So i'm not sure how you can get around this part of it. If you only get two alignments though, you've already made up for the money you've spent.
Your call.

Re: Wheel alignment (DANgerous)
Most Firestones will give you a hard time if you have a lowered car. As long as they have the correct alignment rack they can align anything though. If they'll sell it to you I'd go for it. Once your purchase it they cannot deny you an alignment. If they do call the 800 Customer Compaint number and get your money back. Just make sure that you get a print out of the before and after specs, so that you can verify that they did the alignment.
