Well since you have a 98 civic ex, that means you have a d16y8 SOHC VTEC in your car...so its the best D series you can get...best d series tranny too (some say the z6 is better...its just a matter of opinion)
Go get a blower and force some more air into that ******...thats whats best for you d series.... D series dont respond well to bolt ones....to get power they need to have some FI

Thats funny, my friend runs almost the same times of a lot of the FI guys around our town and has no internal work done.
