what should i do...!
i just bought a SOHC greddy kit. the question is what is the highest psi can the turbo take? i know my car can take about 10psi daily with proper tuning.
EDIT: oh yea i forgot, i got a y7 and if i add a y8 head and z6 ECU will my CR be too high to turbo 10psi?

1 trillion psi I think the most it will boost is like 13-14 before it starts to spike. above that I doubt it will make any more power at all.

yeah I wouldn't see why not. I use to have the greddy kit back like 3 years ago. I loved it. good for the price I would say. if you have a few more dunkets and have some ingenuity, I would piece my own kit.

they do say that the b16 rods are no where near forged. but at 15 psi at the max, i think the package can take it...anybody disagree? how much whp will i expect te greddy turbo at 15psi?

i would run it at 15 psi. it would cause boost spike. I would say it would be safe at 10 psi tuned. have you posted this in the FI forum? Theres lots of experienced people in there.
