Default what rpm should auto tranny of 95 del sol shift? How check ATF level?

Just wondering what rpm the auto tranny on a 95 del sol should shift at normally. I dont think I have any severe issues shifting, however getting from 3rd to 4th seems like it drags on a bit. Maybe its because my stock engine/tranny mounts are completely shot(changing them shortly) also when checking the fluid level, which x on the dipstick should the level be at? the top one? Or am I just checking that fluid is in between the 3 x's. thanks

Start by draining and refilling the transmission with Honda ATF a few times -- do not flush the transmission.

Absoutely. I have owned 3 of these vehicles, and I have never flushed it, only drain and refill. Thanks for the diagram, I know my girls car is leaking tranny fluid slowly, and wanted to keep on top of it to make sure its topped off.

Is the leak from around one of the axles?
