95 del sol to 95 civic shift linkage
allo! steeze here, another question again...yes, i did search for it... will the shift linkage out of a 95 manual del sol need any fabrication to fit into a 95 automatic civic dx? the whole swap is only a few days away so i want to get everything perfect before i do it... i had read some articals saying that you have to cut something to fit the linkage in.... is this true? thanx... steeze

no, the del sol shift linkage will not fit into you civic without modifications. considering the prices you will have to pay to cut/weld the shift linkage, you can find a stock sohc civic shift linkage for cheaper. i modified my shift linkage twice...a 1" extension costed me $30 and since i was stupid and eye-balled the measurements, the second costed an awesome bargain at $25 i too did the auto-manual conversion on my sol...good luck with yours.
