what plug is this? 99 Si interior green plug
chilling under the dash near the center console. thanks
also for some reason when i press recycle air button, the rear defroster comes on, and vise versa.

That's the OEM alarm plug. The green/red wire (that has tape on it) is your negative (-) door pin input wire. It's usually taped to an existing harness and not used.

Yep, he's right. It's located between the steering column and the radio area behind the plastics.
