Trying to justify the cost for the HP right now. I know it can have a nice gain when used on an FI or even high comp NA car. BUT what about relatively stock cars? What was 'your gain?

Usually on a stock car with aftermarket intake, header and exhuast you'll need an air and fuel controller to maintain the correct air and fuel ratio or else you'll get bad fuel milage, idle, etc. The SAFC is a good air and fuel controller, usually you can extract a few more ponies with just the basic bolt ons using this device.

first off you would want a VAFC since you have a d16z6. and with just the mods in your sig im going to say it is not worth the cost at all.
if you had a header, test pipe, nice free flowing exhaust, cam gear and a chipped ecu it might be worth getting and going to the dyno for some tuning. even then you will only see about 2-5 hp.

if all you have modded on your car right now is the intake you should spend your money elsewhere. You need a nice free flowing exhaust and a nice cam and cam gear. Then get the safc and dyno your car maybe then you would be able to get 20 ponies out of it depending on the cam
