I don't think anyone has ever measured it out.
D16's have a 212 mm+ deck height
B16's are around 203 mm Deck Height.
...BUT, where the mount brackets are, in respect to the vertical axis of the block, will change the distance from the oil pan to ground regardless of deck height.
...ALSO, there are some difference in oil pans, especially some dry sump ones which have a very thin profile.
The main clearance issue that is seen though, is header-to-ground clearance. That is usually where your problems will exist because the header hangs lower than the oil pan.
Sorry this won't help too much, but I don't think anyone has ever measured that distance that you are looking for.

yea im talkin all oem headers oil pans everything.. i just wana know what would give me better clearance a b16 or d16
