Welcome to H-T.

Please try searching numerous key words under "recent" and "archived" topics in this forum and in the Hybrid Forum, or any other forum that applies to your topic at hand.

This forum is being ruined by too many of the same tired "B16A vs. B18C1?" topics and "Should I boost my SOHC or Get a Swap?" type topics. We understand that you want guidance, but rather than post an open topic, why not o some searching and find members here that have had successful builds/swaps and carry on an IM conversation with him or her?

We do care about what you want to do, but when we have literally 10 open topics about the exact same thing it gets highly annoying. This MB is here for ALL of us, not just one person who thinks we should all cater to him or her by posting in his or her topic while he or she NEVER performs searches and doesn't even browse the topics in the first few pages of the forum.</TD></TR></TABLE>

^^ Hi you doing and welcome to HT since this looks to be your first post. My name is josh and if you have any questions about the site or anything you can ask me on AIM at cvchatch1. The H22a will fit in the 92-95 engine bay. All b series, d series, h series and even the new k series motor will fit with work. Your best bet on a swap would probably be a b series b16a2 or a b18c. If you like the h22 and have the money then go ahead, its a powerful engine.

well isn't it the same as just registering, and not have to go on H-T for 20 days?

ya but people never read the read this befor you post

I didn't. Everyone will come here becaus ethey have questions. Instead of asking there question they will be forced to look for it. Peole just get a luittle to excited to get ansewers that they don't realize that if they search there ansewer is probly already here.

but you said that they should have a 7 day period before they can post. which is why i said, whats the point when they can just register, and not have to actually be on here until those days pass. it will still not have them read the Rules and Guidelines, because they're not really on, just registered. kinda get what i'm saying? like how i've been here for like 600+ days. i know i havent posted every day, and haven't been here every day out of those 600+ days that i've been registered.

Ya

I am coming more from the angle that people come on here for a reason. The have a question or they want to learn. Most people will register the immediatly start asking questions. These people will have the same questions whether they can ask them or not. If they couldn't ask and they still wanted to know then they would have to look for there ansewer.

Or maybe they shouldn't be able to start there own threads for the first week

Ya I know i am just thinking out loud

I like learning new things and it is easy to do that here. But different people asking the same question over and over just gets annoying. Everytime I see it I am like "maybe its a real question" then I open it and I'm like "nope just another noob"

Oh well I guess I am just going to have to start copy and paisting the rules like you do

Ha ha ha
