heres my input:
supertech springs (i cant trust blox to something like that)
stay with the .48 for quicker spool.
I have a downpipe im not using w/ dump tube that will fit a driver side exit. Just have to flange it yourself. Dump should fit perfectly. PM me for pics and price.
550cc should be fine
any stage 1 clutch (exedy, act, spec,etc.. theyre all good companies)
Hondata S300 is overkill IMO, chip and tune with Netune and youll be fine. Crome is also decent, but has minor issues.
Edit: everything else looks fine

i agree with esoteric, though i dont believe you'd be needing a 3bar... check out xenocron for the map sensor and fuel pump. they have one pretty much identical to a walboro for ~$90. awesome quality.
as for oil lines, idk the price on go-autoworks, but check out SMP (stealthmodeperformance). they are decently priced for oil lines.
dont forget gauges fyi - do NOT get a mechanical oil pressure gauge.

RC 550cc injectors
Thats what im running on my boosted b16. Making around 300whp
If you want a quick spool, stay with the .48
Im running a stage 4 Competition clutch

But a leakdown and compression test it 1st.
You dont want to shoot for PSI but for a HP goal. If you get a good tuner who takes their time, the PSI might be a little higher than u think

stock block reliable is good for 200hp or so. you would need almost a gt30r to make 10psi push 250hp. your gonna need atleast a 2 or 2.5 bar map sensor

Re: what do you think of my turbo kit setup - d16z6
that rpm spool level you have seems pretty high to me, esp. with the reasonable power level you've suggested and the long stroke of the d16.
call me old school, but i like higher compression turbo setups, especially ones where you are looking for maximum efficiency and roots-type initial torque.
cylinder pressure is cylinder pressure, IMO. more compression and lower boost FTW.
with today's engine mangement capabilities and other things like meth, etc, i'd be more inclined to try a bit more compression than your plans. but i'm not very conventional.
as far as valve springs/retainers, no crower? http://www.crower.com/cgi-bin/detail.cgi?prod_id=84166
i ran their Ti retainers for a LONG time, tens of thousands of miles, and they were in mint condition upon teardown.
