What to do with my civic??
I have a 2000 hatch w/ 48K miles on it. It has SI gauges, and I have a B16 w/ bolt ons and nice clutch and flywheel, the motor is in and wired and ready for me to put a tranny on it. Would you think I should
A- Pull the motor and throw in a Y8 that is a very strong runner.
B- Pick up a tranny for the B16.
I wanna sell the car because I am buying a new hatch! Which will get me more $$. I figure if I sell the B16 seperate I'll get more for it. What do you guys think!
heres a few pics

Re: (BSpoolinHatch)
pull the motor....sell w/ y8. You will get around the same amout (from my experience) whether the motor is SOHC or DOHC.....Assuming both are stock. Keep the B16 for a future "BOO BOO".

he'll get more for it, but not enough to offset the cost of swapping it, and a y8 alone isn't worth much. selling the b16 seperately, and selling the hatch with a y8 will get more $ than selling a b16 hatch and selling the y8 seperately.
