what clear coat is best?
I painted my ej bumper dupli-color frost white. looks great but what clear coat is best when doing body work (rattle can type).
-I have tried in the past duplicolor and dunno, but it seemed to have a yellowish finish. noticeable since i have a white car. glossy seems pretty good but considerable orange peel, which can be wet sanded and buffed down of coarse.
-I also tried Krylon and it just doesn't shine. takes way to many coats and still not as glossy as it should be. no yellowing though.
out of the two ive tried duplicolor seemed better but the yellowing worries, me. I need it for my front bumper and i want it to match my existing paint as best possible. i know the color i have matches, im just worried about the clear coat.
Im looking for a good gloss with no yellowing, basically.
Any other brands that would work well?
BTW: I did a search and didn't find anything really useful on the topic.

I know you are trying to go cheap but if you decide to get it professionally cleared, use Omni. It will look like it is soaking wet. It isalso a very tough finish.
