Best advice I can give you, if you want to make a semi-edgicated remark, finish reading his post. He says he wants to 'brush-up' so 5th graders and up should infer he has done this before and is already done it and is going to do it again to his car, regardless of the post. These people do what they want, just answer the Qs or steer them in the right direction = google.com.

You mean like, fill a bucket up with water. Drop the sand paper in the water, soak it nice and good.
Rub it on your car?
What kind of guide are you looking for?

I dunno, but maybe you could read the same guide, being as you don't know what wetsanding is.

I have messed around with wet sanding before but all I was looking for was a "refresher" guide to see if I had forgotten any steps. I'm not doing the whole car just the big chips that go to the primer.
P.S. Its a beater (1990 honda accord) that I picked up for $250 bucks. I figure I will try to make it look as good as I possibly can. One cause I'm driving it right now (and I have to look good...lol) and two because it will make me more money when I sell it.
