I'm wondering what the best honda would be for a first car. My cousin said I should get a hatch, and get a new motor if it doesn't already have one. Is this true? What would be the best car? Should it be AT or MT?

How is anybody here supposed to know if it's true that your cousin said that?

First of all, best car for what? What will you be doing with the car? Racing it? Carrying all your friends around? Picking up 2x4s at home depot?

You need to answer this question yourself. Do you know how to drive a stick? Do you like driving a stick, or will you get tired of it when driving in stop/go traffic?

I do plan on racing it though, and i really don't mind if it's manual because i like driving a stick. I know how to, i've done it before, and i think it takes the boredom out of some driving things.
