Default Weird clicking noise????????

hey guyz. Okay the other day i got cut off and i was forced to turn and ran right into a curb. I didnt bother to call my insurance but i was being stupid. My steelie was bent so my car wabbled. I replaced the steelie and the car drives even now.

After replacing that, now when i step on the brakes i hear a clicking noise. I have no clue what this may be. Can anyone tell me what problems this might be. Its in a 2000 civic coupe.

Thanx
chris

usually a clicking sound is a bad axle....you may have broke the cv joint when you hit the curb

I thought it might be my joint but it does make the noise when i turn, so i thought it might be something else.

The axle worked fine. the car has 20k miles. it was that after i hit the curb it started to make the noise. After i fixed the rim i heard it made the noise so i stopped driving the car. Can it be anything else or u still sticking with the axle?

after you hit the curve you, your axle messed up!! you could have been driving it home fresh from the dealer and your axle would still break! im sure its the axle. gl.

check the axle first more than likely its that if not could be the wheel bearing but the axles is more tham likely the culprit.

axle, cv joint, cv axle or whatever the hell you call it for sure, trust me every time i run over a lil kid in the street i bust mine! but seriously who said control arm? the clicking noise itself is due to lack of lube cuz it's busted!
