Is it coming out from the actual drain plug? the crush washer might have been warped, thus causing it to not seal flush and hence the leak! otherwise, if you take some pictures people can have a better understanding!
p.s. my co-worker just stuffed paperwork down my shirt because im dinking around on honda-tech not doing bank work!

Re: where is the oil leaking from? (alphalanos)
i would replace the oil pan gasket.. that looks high....
to prevent any other leaking use some hondabond on both sides of the gasket when instaling the new gasket just incase it does have a leaky spot. also with the oil pan off the car clean the oil pan really good inside and out. clean any sludge build up/steel shavings or any other debri thats built up over the years and the outside so if it leaks again youll be able to see where its leaking from better.

Re: (turboteg90)
i have a few. but before you start, you may want to go out and buy an oil dye kit that may be available in your local auto store. it comes with specially UV tinted glasses, a UV light, and u may have to buy the oil dye. it will help you find the leak b4 u replace anything. its what i have dont before and it wasnt an oil pan, it ended up being an oil pump instead
it also depends on the availibility of jacks, jack stands and if there is a motor swap. b/c if there is a swap the 92-95 hatch has a crossmember that needs to come out b4 an oil pan is done, along with the possibly the downpipe off of the headers may need to come off. depends on how much clearance you can get.

mine was leaking and looked like that,it was coming from the vtec screen gasket and would only leak when cool.not sure why but its not hard to check and make sure those bolts are tight although you might need a new gasket.

i drove it alot yesterday, park it ,check in the morning not a single drop.it might be the vtec gasket leaking throu the back.but yes it only leaks when is cold
