Icon4 Water Leak driver side floor and driver side back

Hi guys, I use to post here long long ago
I've read all over this site and tried so many things. I have a 1995 honda civic coupe DX. No sunroof, basic as it gets DX manual. When it rains the back driver side and the front driver side floor gets completly soaked. I've taken apart so many things.

Removed wipers, removed plastic cover that covers under the wipers and any debris, put it all back on, and so many other things.
No this leak happens while the car is at a stand still parked not even moving.
It rained today and the driver side back and front are very soaked. I can't tell you how long I've tried to trouble shoot this.
Pulling back the carpet and just getting towels to remove so much water trying to find anything, under the wheel wells, etc, etc. Every were else is dry. Just directly on the front floor boards. Not on the sides at all where the floor board meets to the door. Any one have this issue or any suggestions.
I've been trying to figure this out for months. Why just the driver side floorboards back and front soaked and the car is just parked, but nothing else wet.
I'm very poor and this is only car I have. So I've tried to take it apon myself as much as I can. I'm sorry if its a lot. Thank you for any info. btw I've youtubed as much as I can and looked at many links here.

Thanks all

There is a TSB for the front seam sealer leaking on 1988+ civics.

There is also likely a seam with seam sealer somewhere in the back area that is leaking to. You likely won't find it until you remove the complete back interior.

I know where it is on hatchbacks, just not coupes or sedans.

There is also a good chance that the windshield has been replaced at some point in the car's life and that it was poorly done, and/or that a rust hole has has formed around the seam... the former will lead to the latter too. Poke around the seam with a small screwdriver or pick and see if you find any crunchy spots.
