vtec solenoid screen

so do i just take the solenoid off and its there or where is it. i need to check it to make sure its not clogged..help please

yeah there is suppost to be a screen there if there is an it looks clog just use brake cleaner cleans the bad oil

ok so the whole vtec assembly has to come off then right , like the 2 or 3 10 mm bolts ?
