Vtec oil feed questions
I bought a 93 ex with a non-vtec ls all ready swapped into this shell. The car also came with a b16 form a 99-00 si. It appeared to be very complete upon purchase but I've learned thats its not 100% complete. The b16 is missing the oil feed line that activates vtec. I went to napa to try to order one through them but that is a item that they don't carry and they recommended me try a honda dealer. Does anyone know where i should get it. I have a feeling I'm going to pay a lot more then i have to if I go through a dealer. If someone has one laying around they could sell me at a good price that would be great. Or maybe someone knows where i can find one online at a good price.

ls-vtec oil feed line will work. try xenocron for an ls-vtec/b20-vtec oil feed line.(who the hell pulls out the oil feed line from a b16?)

Do either of you know what you are talking about? I have an GE LSV set for sale even though you most likely do not need it. Your B16 does not have a "line" to activate VTEC. There is a passage from the block to the head that takes care of that. If you are talking about putting your b16a2 head on the LS block then you will need an LSV kit (look in my threads if your interested). The only other thing that you may be thinking of is an oil cooler hose/line?
