Engine Light came on today
Unsure about the Blinking Code. Thus a video.

....a Week ago i've been having this problem, only in COLD weather.
I turn the key, press on the accerlation and it would seem to hesitate, almost like something is clogged, just for a few feet, then it clears up.

Does not happen in warm temperature areas.
Only happens in cold temperature areas.

But today, it stayed for a while, then the Check Engine Light came on. It was colder than usual and I was parked downhill, Front End facing down the hill.

I know I should've got it checked when the problem started but I didn't seem to think it was that important since it cleared up a few feet of driving. But this one seems like Ignoring it was a big mistake and landed me with a huge slap of a consequence. Hope someone can give a few things about this.

What does the CEL do when the service connector is unjumped versus jumped? Post videos of both scenarios.

It blinks because that's a test if the bulbs working
In order to pull the code you have to jump the harness by the ecu.
