Re: Valve Adjustment? (revhigh96)
you need a 10mm wrench, a flat head screwdriver, a set of feeler gauges, and a manual to tell you the exact tolerances of clearance for the valves... it is not too difficult, but definately A PAIN IN THE BACK!

Well you'll need a 19mm (I think.. maybe 17mm) for the crankshaft pulley bolt too...
It's kind of a bitch but it's easy as long as you follow procedure and take your time...
If you search I'm sure there's a thread on procedure.

Make sure you turn your crankshaft pulley to tdc on your #1 piston. Adjsut #1. Then turn it 90 degrees counter clockwise and adjust #3. Another 90 then #2. One more 90 then #4.

make your own tool by bending/hammering a standard 10mm wrench into an "S" shape. heat it first
