Default use an auto ecu?

I bought a JDM D15b that I bought from Superior Trading International, LLC (never buy from the asshats. worst customer service in the world. Took me over a month after paying them to get the motor shipped) anyways....
They shipped me a P08 ecu with the engine. And I just found out from one of the articles on here that it is an automatic ECU. my question is....Will this work with my 5 speed set-up? I have heard It will and It won't?

it will work but you will get a check engine light... It will be looking for the neutral safety switch

if your asking about performance, the ECU will not put you in limp mode for just the automatic CEL.

well that thats sort of a problem

to run an eg si ECU whatever the code is. Wouldnt I have to run a 4 wire O2? because I know I can run a 1 wire with my p08. and sense thats what my cx came with it would make it very simple to hook up
