None of those parts are stock. The one on the big coolant pipe would be for the little coolant loop that warms up the IACV, FITV, etc. The other one looks like it is drilled through into the oil passage to supply oil to a turbo. You could unscrew it and put in a pipe plug, if the threads match. Could be the kind of rare 1/16 NPT.

Actually they are both stock parts my friend. The engine is B16A2.
