universal oxygen snesor bosch
i recently purchased a universal o2 sensor i had a question that i could not find the answer to in any forum. i just got my re-bulit b16a in and i wanted to change the o2 i realize the white wire the signal wire green is sensor ground but then i have two black wires but it doesnt matter which one i hook up. on the maual says the two white wires from the o2 are heater gounds however when i checked helms on goes to ignition power with koeo(key on engine off) but the other goes to a junction ground but will this matter which wire i hook them up too? it doesnt state i know for sure that green is ground and white is signal i have a A/f ratio gauge but it doesnt respond as well as my oem which constatntly moves this one takes alot longer to start workin than the other oem one did

No the wires dont match up color to color, I forget how exactly you connect it but you have to go thro the book and match up the wires that way. It was a little confusing at first but made sense once I layed it out.

Re: universal oxygen snesor bosch (nocturnaldragon)
i realize they dont hook up color to colr oviously ones oem ones universal i do no how to hook up the signal and ground. howver that leaves me with two wires two white colored ones on the universal o2 witch they hook up to heater gounds as it says on instuction. so does it matter which white wire i hook up too? i know there both for the heater but does it matter which ones go where?

you have to look at the pamplete that came with the sensor, it shows what each wire on the sensor is for and also what ones the original sensor one should be so you have to match them up that way. Ill check to see what the OEM one is, and btw the reason why a lot of people arent helping you is because you post every 5 minutes complaining on how no one is. Just relaxe and the answers will come to you young grasshopper lol
