you can gains some hp and its always nice to have the FTL (full throttle launch) function as well as datalogging, and of course its cheaper than v-afc's and has all the options of hondata

i plan on going turbo in the future i think i have a p06 or a p08 ecu,which i think is compatible w/ uberdata, how much would it cost for everything to make my own chips?

well if you soldered it yourself, it would be around 20 bucks for the chips and ZIF socket, moates.net has a kit just for that, and then get another chip for 6 bucks, and a burner for 90, so a total of around 120 bucks you can do everything hondata can

it has a linear voltage output that tells you exactly what your a/f ratio is, while the stock oxygen sensor is narrowband and can only tell you if the car is running lean or rich from the 14.7 a/f point.
