The turbos themselves are both 300hp units so the car is capable of pushing out around 600hp or so i believe..
i think hes going for the quickest FWD car in AUS record..
currently set at a pathetic 11.2 or something i think (turbo integra w/ full stereo gear)

I dont think it would be that good. One reason is there a exhuast manifold split completely in half, to divide the gases evenly? The main reason, I dont believe that a 2.2 liter engine is capable of producing enough flowing exhuast to power two turbos, unless they're real tiny. I cant just can't get over the last fact.

well a td04 is a small greddy/mitsubish turbo that tops off at 15psi and is for sohc. i think two of them would work on a dohc motor, especially a big one like a prelude.

But I do agree that 2 T4 seem to be over doing it just a little. Guess we'll have to see some dynos to know.

If you are usig twin turbos on a four cylinder wouldn't it be more of a disadvantage than an advantage? If you think about it you are completely messing up the flow of the air by splitting the manifold and giving the turbo bursts of exhaust instead of a more steady flow. Wouldn't this also wreak havoc on whatever boost controller/valve is being used? Am I just a dumb idiot on crank or am I anywhere close with this idea?
