Default Turbo Question

Hey i put a oil cooler on my car today that was running from my turbo to my oil pan, well the lines they sent me was smaller then the one that i had well i thought it would work but when i started up my car it started smokin like hell from the exhaust. i think that the lines are too small and its not pushing enough oil out and causing it to leak out the exhaust? too much pressure?

you cant put an oil cooler on the return side of a turbo, it is not pressureized, it works off of gravity. you need to put the cooiler somewhere with pressure, most people get an adapter that fits behind the oil filter.

you may have just blown the seals on the turbo.

You put it in the wrong spot. DO NOT start your car or plan on driving it until you fix the problem. You could be lucky if it stop smoking.
