Yea I would say that some of that stuff is not needed but always a plus but a few things that were already mentioned would be a 255lph fuel pump, bigger injectors and size should just be chosen by amount of boost or hp, and then some sord of engine managment. one thing to keep in mind is the stock map sensor can only read 11.4psi so if the amount of boost that you want to run is over that then make sure that your EM can read a higher bar map sensor and then you will also have to get a diffrent map sensor too.

there are some things in that kit that you really dont need but if there in the kit so be it but like big d said you are still missing things. if you want to run low boost like 7psi you dont need injectors or a standalone but you will need at least a apexi afc to get at leasta street tune.

on a stock map its 10.63 psi actually

if you plan on running more then that you'll want either a 2.5 bar motorola map, which is externally mounted, or a direct bolt in omni power 3 bar map.

just cause I know you are going to argue I went and found it for you so I got this directly off of hondata's web site and even though i cut and paste you can click on the link and go look for your self
"The stock MAP sensor can see boost up to 11 lbs. For higher boost levels a 3 bar MAP sensor can be used. The only change you need to make in ROM Editor is to check the '3 bar MAP sensor' box."

http://hondaswap.com/turbo-informati...r-boost-14597/

OBD0 .65 kg/cm2 = 9.24 PSI
OBD1/2 .75 kg/cm2 = 10.66 PSI

"That's strange... I've only seen 88-91 ones go to 9.25 and 92+ ones go to 10.65. The 11 psi (or 11.3 psi Hondata claim) one is still mythical in my world."

feel free to read through the whole thread.
https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced-induction-16/secrets-part-4-works-373528/

your car is running fine at 11 psi, but that doesnt mean the stock map is able to register anything in the last 0.35 psi. the voltage output to the ecu telling it how much air your engine is receiving is going to remain maxed out. now is this something to worry or be concerned about, hell no, but the distinction should be made.

if it were maxed out then the light would come on and it dosent. Like I care what you think anyway, all you could do is post things that other people posted and none of them are more creditable then hondata. so till you can post some info from a creditable source I will just continue to stick with there info. thanks again though!

dont get a universal fmic kit, get one thats made to fit. but here's the stuff you need. turbo, turbo mani, fmic, injectors (depending on hp), oil lines, wastegate, blow off valve, and a exhaust/downpipe, then engine management. The manifold you could go cheap with a cast, but try get a decent turbo and a good wastegate such as tial. For engine management at least get it tuned with crome
