Hey guys, a friend of mine is selling a 93 Civic del Sol model S. He's selling it to me for 5 G's. It has a B16 motor, with about 40,000 miles on it. Most of the bolt ons as well. Headers, intake etc. Full exhaust system. Vollk TE37 15" wheels. I'm trying to get a loan from my credit union, and I just put in my application. Do you guys see any problem that they may have with giving me the loan after they look at the car, and see what type of mods it has? Please let me know what you guys think. Thanks a lot.

what kind of credit union? I never have heard of any that need to see the car for a loan, all i had to do was get a pre-approval for a certain amount then get whatever car i wanted w/ the blank check they wrote me.

It's the CBS Credit Union here in Hollywood, CA. I'm not sure what they're gonna do yet. I just turned in the app a few days ago. I asked for 4 G's, and I have a thousand to add to it to give my buddy. I just wanted to see if anyone here has had any experience in this type of situation.

Ohhh, and my Dad who is an employee at CBS also co signed with me.

I got a loan on my old crx for 4g's that had a zc in it and a bunch of other **** in it. I also bought it off a friend and had no problems with the financing and I don't have the greatest credit either. Best of luck.
