Default trouble with swap

I have 98 civic dx hb, and i'm putting in a d16z6 with a Jackson Racing supercharger. i have a p28 ecu and obd2 to obd1 conversion harness for the swap to work in my car. my question is what do i do about the engine harness. the harness on my stock engine doesn't have a vtec solenoid plug. does the harness on the d16z6 that i'm putting in plug into the chassis harness. Please help

well do the most common run a wire from the ecu to the vtec and ground the black wire on the same bolt near the vtec
