same here, but on a 97 cx. it doesnt go all the way in sometimes and just rattles when u let the clutch out. u just gotta "talk to it" a little.

I also helps if you put it in 1st, let the clutch out slowly and drive a few inches forward, then put it in reverse, thats what I always do, and it always works on the 1st try.
