there is a 3/4 inch bolt ath goes in on the side of the trans. you need to take that out and fill it with 10w30 motor oil. i would use castoral gtx.

oh and btw, just put enough oil in so that it comes out of that whole. then you know it is full.

easiest way i've done it is fill the fluid through the speed sensor...its the easiest way. Just make sure when you take that bolt out (10mm bolt i believe) make sure you hold the speed sensor and plastic piece steady, or else the plastic piece which is connected to the speed sensor and bolt snaps. if that plastic piece snaps, your fucked and will have to buy a new one.

you can do it this way but it gets a little messy, going throug the speed sensor is the easiest route.

you mean how do you know if your low on tranny fluids? if thats your question, the only way i know how to check for it is taking out the speed sensor and checking the oil level from there.

if you think you need more tranny oil, might as well throw in some new oil bro. Since you work at autozone, getting oil is basically free for you.
