Transmission Problem, Hard to get into ALL gears.
I recently had a Exedy stage 1 Org. clutch, and ACT Streetlight flywheel installed on my 99 SI, and this problem with the tranny has been slowly progressing. It started only happening a few times a week after the install, but just recently it always does this. Today on the highway i almost got screwed becuase it wouldnt go into 5th gear going around 80, and wouldnt go into any gear, and accidentally put it into 2nd thinking it was fourth, luckily i caught it when i felt the lunge, but anyways, now the car will not go into gear. It is so hard to drive like this, I dont think i should risk getting F'ed by this on the highway or something, so if ANYone has an explanation for this...

Have you checked your tranny oil anytime recently? Id check the level and make sure its full. Being low on tranny oil makes a tranny do just what you described.

Yes, i'll check that first thing tomorrow, Would this happen if the "Respected" shop didnt change fluid, used cheap non-honda fluid, or never put in fresh fluid?
Oh yea, btw, forgot to mention that I have started to hear a noise when the clutch is first being disengaged, such as a slight scraping noise.

Most likely, your clutch was either A) installed improperly, or B) something has failed. I'm betting that the clutch isn't completely disengaging when you push the pedal to the floor.
Try checking the hydraulic system for leaks first. Bleed the line. If you don't find any problem, then take it back to whoever installed the clutch and bitch.
