Transmission....
I was driving my Civic today, just normal not beating on it then all of a sudden it got really hard to shift.....is that my transmission? Pressure Plater possibly? Any feed back would be much appreciated......

maybe a shifter linkage problem? get under there and look is my suggestion... if that's not the problem, then yeah you're probably looking at something serious.

It's Clutch Master Cylinder and Slave Cylinder. You're negating the "master" part when you say "slave master cylinder".
Plus, he said the shifter linkage fell off. It has nothing to do with the clutch cylinders.

oops i meant master cylinder and slave cylinder. My car had the same problem. IT was the master cylinder. So this problem CAN deal with the master cylinder.
