Default Trailing arm issues 93 ex

I'm converting the rear end to disc from a 92 Si and i have three bolts left to remove and they are not coming without a long hard battle. Any ideas here are the pics :

The bolt on the right has an inside weld as does the one on the left i believe, now i heated up the on on the right and the weld broke so i'm guessing i will have to cut this part out and rebuild it. But are there any tricks or should i just do the same for the other bolt to. I let it soak in loose-nut and WD40 for a week and nothing so.

yeah the drivers side came out fine no prob:

and the one you can't see in the pic of the passenger side came out fine but this none jammed halfway out and then i heated it up after removing the gas tank and it just spun in the whole so the weld broke i will have to cut the bolt and make something to fix it. but the other bolts won't evn budge, the ones that hold the two arms that you use to adjust the alignment. i guess i have some work to do for this :S

maybe try to clean it up and reweld it to make alignments possible. Then impact her out.

i want to get the bolts out not put them in, i have everything off the car the only thing stopping me from grinding and paintg and restoring is these last three bolts. If i cut the pieces out and cut where the bolts go and remodel it to be the same but easier to screw or unscrew, like would this work?
