theres threads going on right now if you look. i've heard some good things and 1 bad thing thats blowing up right now.
if i continue to hear good i'll end up buying a d15b off him once HIS warehouse is up and running

Never have I. I saw them posting on another forum.
They have a really good deal on the engine I want and I believe they are local (in Ontario, Canada).

If they are local then go to the warehouse and hand pick what you want out. 
There should be no issues if you go get it yourself.

I believe he deserves a bit more respect than that. This is a big lesson for both companies.... COMMUNICATION.
His company is down the price of an engine, and I believe he is truly in the clear when he simply states his experience, whether it be good or bad.
