What are you looking to buy? Their shop is like 15 mins away from my place. IMHO i don't think they're that bad, at least not in person...

well yeah, if you do a walk in its always better because the thing that you want is right there in front of you rather seeing it on the computer and you dont have to wait for your thing to come in the mail also you dont have to deal with them over the computer or by phone.....well thats just me

Over the phone the guy was a dick and pretty much useless for answering questions, I was down in the area and decided to stop by the shop, guy was a little more polite/nicer than on the phone, but their return policys suck!

^^^Do a search...you will find a decent amount of bad review threads.

They actually followed through with a return policy when I got mailed a broken lip. It took about 2 months, and a lot of e-mails/IMs but I got my stuff.

i did a search about inlinefour.com and it had a lot of bad reviews, so i ordered my stuff from them anyways and got it all in 3 days. most of the reviews are from some **** customers who want their order the moment they click buy it now. luckily for me i have plenty of patience i waited for 5+ months for my carbon hood, it took so long that the shop owner gave me $100 off
