many people have gotten the 205 15's with out a problem....if you want to play it safe go with the 195's....but you should be fine with a 205

There are a few issues with tire rub. Some people's camber goes off more than others. I have a 2.75" drop on my car with just 205/40/17 and they rubbed in the rear hardcore. Then i got the camber kit and they rubbed even more. There are two options that you can do. The cheapest of the two is rolling the fenders, they just take the flat part of your fender near the wheel, and roll it up so theres more entry space. The second route is the one that I did, SPC rear lower control arm, tucks it in half an inch. Its great now, haven't had a problem with rubbing since. Good luck.

That's good info. I recently installed 205/50/15 Azenis on my EG and they rub a bit (front and back). Where might I find a good price on the SPC LCA's?

it really depends on the offset of you rims. 42+ and up and you shouldnt have any problems.

The wheel offset is the most important factor... then how much you're planning on lowering it.

I'm running the 205-15 Azenis on 15x6.5 +40 wheels with no problem. I've still got about a finger and half gap to the fender (big fingers). If you go too high on the offset, say +45, then you're in danger of rubbing on the upper control arm. If you go too low, say +38, then you're in danger of rubbing on the fender.

ZylexSNL has the Falken 512's right now....and i should be getting mine tomarrow or wed. and those tires have insane WET and DRY traction.... ill give you a full review of them in a few days...

but from what i have heard they 512's are supposed to have a little better ride then the 502's. Also if you are looking for a good performing all season performance tire...the 512's actually have a very mild mud and snow rating because of some small lines they made in the tires

last thing...the 512's are the newer of the two tires

My 18's only rub alittle, and that is with my cut springs. The trick is that you can remove the plastic lining crap and hammer some of the metal out of the way.
ROFLMMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just make sure when you drop the car to get it aligned. (less rubbing)
