Default Timing belt burning?

Hey guys,
So i decided to start a new thread since we're were getting away from the other one.
Here's a video of what's happening now. It smells like the timing belt might be rubbing against one of the covers. but figured maybe someone could tell something more specific from the sound.

Thanks in advance!

Put your hands on the sides of the belt to see if there are any "shredding". If so, it is definitely rubbing against one of the covers.

okay so i haven't found any distinct damage to the side of the belt, still turning it through though to check the rest. any suggestions what else it could be?

look for burn marks on it. by that I mean spin the motor "by hand" and carefully visually inspect for burns and listen for rubbing.
