ticking sound from axle when turning........help!
it seems that my CV joints broken and i need to replace the axle asap, the question is which axles to use
1.) can i use any b-series axle? 94-00 tegs, 94-97 dohc sol, 99-00 si, crv?
2.) where can i get good quality axles, should i just get one from the junkyard?
3.) is it easy to replace and install one?
4.) how much do they normally cost?
oh i have a jdm b16a. any info will help.thanks

my axle was making a noise like that also, and the boot was still intact. i just returned it under lifetime warrantee and fixed all the problems.

at most car part shops you can usually get an axle for 45 dollars with a core exchange. saves a lot of money and it hasn't failed on me. try lpd2 in irwindale and ask for dave or call walnut auto parts in walnut.
