Default Throwing a few codes.. PLEASE HELP

Maybe someone can help me out with these codes, Im a newbie but Im doin the best I can to learn and experiment. I wired my vtec on my D16z6 to my p28 ECU I do have a CEL. I checked my codes and I get one long blink which I beleive is a 10 (IAT) and then a pause 4 long blinks and one short one which would be a 41 (Primary O2 Heater) What are these parts and where can I find them on my engine? Also Im not throwing any VTEC codes now so does that mean it is properly working?

Also will the code 10 or code 41 cause my ECU to go into limp mode?

Yes they will cause your car to go into limp mode. The IAT is located on the intake tube and the o2 sensor is on the header. About vtec working properly. If it kicks in and your not getting a vtec code then your fine.

after some research I found that the IAT wasnt plugged in so I plugged it in and reset the ECU also would this cause the O2 Sensor to throw a code?

Yes that can cause the o2 sensor to throw a code. Get that fixed and then reset your ecu.
