Throwing codes 21 and 22
Hi all,
Finally got my swap in and got all the wiring done and I'm still throwing codes 21 and 22 as the title says.
Please don't flame me for this, but I'm using emanage. I have everything wired up correctly and am not sure why I'm getting these codes. Based on the wiring diagram, the incoming VMS line is cut and curled, not to be used again, there is an output from the emanage to ECU that wires into c6 on the ecu, I think it's supposed to trick the ecu into thinking it is there. I have the line in from the solenoid wired to the emanage as well and an output to a4 again I believe this is to trick the ecu into thinking it's really activating the vtec when in fact the emanage is doing it.
Could this be any way related to the fact that I didn't wire up vtec right away? I didn't have everything I needed so I had to drive home, do I need to reset the ecu to clear the codes?
my setup is in my sig running a p28
Fast help appreciated as I have to drive 10 hours to st louis tomorrow.

If you started the car without it hooked up then that is most likely the problem. Just reset the ecu and make sure it doesn't come back

Re: (JDMlyfestyle)
it's pinned correctly but ground wire? vtec solenoid has no ground wire and the pressure switch isn't connected to anything according to the diagram so I didn't wire it up at all including it's grounding wire.
Somebody did mention the fact that I should try to wire it up without the emange controlling the vtec to see if it still throws the code.
