Default threads in transmission casing are stripped... need help to tap

argh. long story short: replaced the right front lower transmission mount bracket on my 96 civic w/ aftermarket one. instructions were wrong (61 lbft, helms says 47), over torqued bolt & threads on inside of transmission stripped . i need to retap it & have never done this before. what do i need, anything else besides drill, drill bit, tap & cutting oil? also, its a 12mm bolt, so should i get a 13mm drill bit? what size tap would i need? please help me also, anyone know anything about a heli coil kit?
