Is there any way to check codes without jumper pigtail?
So as the title states, I cannot find or do not have the CEL jumper pigtail on my harness. Possibly the person before me hacked it. Not sure. Anywho.... is there any other way for me to pull codes without this plug?

its there man, pull down your glovebox (two slides on the each side of your glovebox) I've seen them way up in the dash before.
