tein or k-sport coilvers
right now im trying to figure out what kind of suspension should i go for.. my friends suggest tein which is a bit pricy but im ok with it... or wat about k-sport kontrol..which i got a deal on for only 600 for my 92 eg...... which would be better in performance: tein ss ( was thinking i might go tein basic) or k-sport kontrol coilovers....................feedbacks??????

I had Tein SS on my integra (rear only, don't ask, it came that way) and they felt pretty decent, although it was a little hard to tell with them only on the rear. I currently have k-sports on my hatch and I would tell anyone I know to buy them. For the price they are fantastic!

I would say the Ksport Kontrol. They are really well made and work well. That price is really good too, I sell Ksport suspension and I can't get them that cheap. Are they new or used?

i really like my SS's. its my first set of coilovers. before i had neuspeed springs. yea they are pricey but i'd rather pay for the good quality. not to say ksport is of bad quality b/c i know a few ppl w/ ksports and love them. so i'd say you can't go wrong w/ either...and it seems ksport is cheaper

i got the function & Form, they are just like the ksports i think. same price range anyway, i think the big difference here is that the tein suspension has really really soft spring rates (in my opinion) whereas the ksports, function & Form, D2, and other brands allow you to get custom spring rates for no extra charge.

Re: (superslow-oto)
ksport have dampening ajustability which the tein basics do not. unless you are going for the high dollar teins, like the flex, you should get ksport. that is what i am getting in the near future.

http://www.allsprings.com (I think) was selling the H&R Cup Kit for 786.00. I have bought them and have been totally amazed at how nice they are. Rebound is adjustable and the height is 3-way adjustable. Just a thought.....take a look into them.

the k's are going to ride stiff...if you can handle the bumpy ride then get it....if i had the money i'd just go with the teins....or if want to spend less and get your moneys worth get the GC/kyb adj setup...thats what i have on my EJ8..rides pretty good....i had some full coilovers from omni before the 6way adj ones..sucked ***....stiff as a mother but bumpy as ****.....most full coilovers are bumpy and stiff...though the teins aren't though
